Payment Options
We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards. All orders will be confirmed by email. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods have been dispatched.

UK special delivery (guaranteed next day)...£9.95(same day dispatch when ordered before midday Mon-Thurs)
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or courier. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, as a signature will be required. If we are unable to deliver your order after one call it will be your responsibility to follow the instructions to rearrange delivery at a time to suit you.

Returns
We guarantee to refund in full (excluding any delivery charges) any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us unused and in original packaging within 7 days starting from one day after receipt of goods. Where free postage (promotional discount) has applied a deduction of 10% of full purchase price will be made to cover restocking fees. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

We cannot accept goods back that have been used or tampered with. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty or the wrong item is received we will ensure that you receive a replacement at no extra cost. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE MAKING ANY RETURNS, FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR REFUND BEING DELAYED. All returns must be sent back to us by recorded/signed delivery. The purchaser will pay for the cost of the return postage. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

We have made every effort to display and describe the products as accurately as possible. All measurements are approximate however we do make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Actual colour variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include 17.5%UKVAT. Goods are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item becomes out of stock.

Purchase of Products
When an order is placed you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email. We accept the order when it is dispatched, a purchase contract is made and your preferred payment method will then be charged. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘confirm’ button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of any order may for example, result from one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion
